Terms of Credit

 

In compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration 49 CFR Part 377, the terms of credit with Nichols Trucking are as follows:
 
Terms: Net 30
Provide a project information sheet. 
Past Due amounts subject to 12% APR or a minimum fee of $ 5.00
Plus any and all Collection and/or Attorney Fees
Clients with a record of delinquent accounts may be subject to future C.O.D. shipments only. 
 
 

Refusing to agree to the terms of credit will result in all shipments being placed upon a C.O.D. basis only.
