The following table lists the fuel surcharge to be applied given the applicable West Coast On-highway Self Service Diesel Price as provided by the U.S. Department of Energy.

The surcharge will apply to
the transportation charged derived from the application of rates and minimum
charges, and are subject to a weekly adjustment, effective each Monday, the
same day the DOE updates the fuel prices.
In the event the fuel price goes below $ 1.20 per gallon, the surcharge
will be removed for that period. Any
fuel price above $ 6.00 per gallon will add 1% to the fuel surcharge for any
increase of $ 0.10.
